Why I can't connect to Qobuz on my legacy version of Audirvāna?

At some point, old macOS versions can have an issue connecting to online websites because of an expiration of a root certificate (this ensures the connection to the website is secured).


Restore connection to Qobuz.

Step 1: Download the latest certificate

  • You can use the link below to get this certificate:


Updated root certificate


After downloading the file, locate it on your Mac and double-click to open it.


Step 2: Change the trust setting of the certificate

  • Depending on your MacOS version, this step may vary; we recommend you read this article to learn more about how to do this.


Step 3: Reopen Audirvāna

  • Go to Audirvāna settings and try to reconnect to Qobuz.
