Why the sync of tracks never ends?

Solving such an issue alone is complex; however, you can do something before contacting us.


Check the current synced track


By default, we do not log everything being synced with Audirvāna. However, in cases like sync never-ending, the logs are the best way to find what's wrong.


Please read this article to know more about the logs.


Once your logs are generated, open the text file and take a look at the possible error you might find in:


LIST OF POSSIBLE ERRORS


Note: If the sync is still never-ending, please create a ticket with the log file as an attachment.
