Linux

Audirvāna allows you to insert up to four different plugins (effects) into the audio processing chain in series. These plugins can be AudioUnits on macOS or VST3 on Windows.

Before you use a plugin, make sure you have downloaded and installed it on your computer. Many plugins, such as a simple EQ or a convolution engine, can apply filters for acoustic correction.

If you get a error message due to a crash related to the activation of a plugin, please enbale keep the crash report and create a new ticket to send it to us.

You also have the option to activate real-time monitoring to fine-tune adjustments on your plugin while playing the music.

Click on "Realtime control" in the Processing settings to enable this.

Note: Realtime monitoring is only possible when your output device is locally connected (e.g.,via USB) and while playing PCM track. This feature is not available if you use Bluetooth, Airplay or Chromecast or UPnP to connect to your system because the whole track is bufferized before playing.
